Use Zapier to connect your Lead Manager with many other lead sources.
Once you have an account in Zapier you'll create a Zap. A Zap consists of a Trigger (where leads come from) and an Action (where leads will go to). We have a Real Geeks Action inside Zapier that will import leads into your Lead Manager.
How to Integrate
1. Click the Invite Link to enable our app for your Zapier account.
2. Create a Zap.
a. Click the button on your Zapier Dashboard.
b. Select a Trigger. In this example, we will use their Email Parser as our Trigger.
c. Select the trigger option. Some triggers may have multiple options to select from. Select "Save + Continue."
d. Press the Connect a New Account button.
e. A popup will appear, asking you to connect a Zapier Parser account. Click the Signup button in the top-right to create a new Zapier Parser account using the same email you used to create your Zapier account.
f. Once logged in, click the Create Mailbox button to create a new parser mailbox. This is the email box you're going to want to start forwarding to from your lead source.
g. You will then be asked to send a test email to the newly created mailbox. Copy and paste the content of the email you receive from your lead source and send it to parser mailbox.
h. Once the test goes through, you will need to format the email template for your parser. Highlight the text that you would like extracted and titled them with keywords. The following information can be extracted and sent to Real Geeks:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Contact Message (any additional information you want added)
The below example illustrates what the "New Lead" email template looks like before and after being formatted for the parser.

h. Click Save Address and Template.
i. Back in Zapier, select Continue to go to the Edit Options step. Select a Mailbox for your Zap. Choose the parser mailbox that you created in step F.
j. Test that the mailbox is working by clicking Fetch & Continue
3. Setup your Action. This will create the lead in your Lead Manager.
a. Search for and select the Real Geeks app.
b. The only available action is to create a new lead. Select this and press
c. Select the button.
d. A popup will appear. Choose Action.
e. Select your website.
f. Select if you would like the lead assigned via your Third Party Round Robin (Send to Site) or to a Specific Agent (Send to Agent).
g. Press confirm and the popup will close.
h. Now press the button in your zap.
4. Match the trigger fields with those exposed by Real Geeks. Will look like when completed:
6. Name and activate your Zap.
7. Create a test lead to ensure the integration has been set up properly.

This is very useful for lead sources that are not compatible with the Lead Manager.
Zapier will parse e-mails for information. This greatly extend's the amount of sources compatible with the Lead Manager, but requires a bit of effort to set up the automation.
