Adding a new user (response if someone wants to change the name of a current user)?

Diane has a beautiful response:

Hi ___,

We highly don't recommend simply changing the name of the agent within the Lead Manager system to the new agent's name. This is because each user account in the Lead Manager is associated to a specific Real Geeks User Profile within our accounts system (accounts.realgeeks.com). Real Geeks User Profiles are intended to be owned by the User. After the User logs in and changes their password, you (the Admin) will not have access to their password or the ability change the email address used to login to their account unless you have access to their login email account. The notification email address in the Lead Manager system isn't the email address that they would use to login to their account.

So unless email address used was a company email address and the new user will be using the same email address as the old user, it would be best to add a completely new user within the system. This will help avoid any confusion within the system and having to the user's information (e.g name and email) in several places.

If site owner wants to change their email login:

Change in mcp: "Forward Email To"

change in accounts: in their profile

Let Lida know so she can change it in the Sales Force as well.
