If someone wants their site to have ssl (https://), then you would need to:
1. Make sure their site is live and are pointed at our new nameservers:
- ns1.rgnameserver.com
- ns2.rgnameserver.com
- ns3.rgnameserver.com
- ns4.rgnameserver.com
If someone is live, it is possible that they are pointed at our old nameservers:
- NS.RACKSPACE.COM
- NS2.RACKSPACE.COM
It will not work for these so you will need to let them know to update them.
How to check someone's nameservers: Go to the terminal and type in:
whois domain.com
2. If their nameservers are correct, go to MCP, find the site, check the box on the left and select from the dropdown: Syncdns ssl:

Q: Widgets or other resources stopped working after they switch over to SSL
A: Check with the widget/resource was utilizing an HTTP site. HTTP and HTTPS cannot mix; you can't have non-secure resources on a secure website. Due to this, those widgets/resources may stop displaying on the site after they switch to SSL.
