Saved Search Import Process.

Reference of the Import Process for customers leaving certain CRM's

Important

This request must be processed by the sales rep. Do not collect passwords or other PPI in your tickets with the client.

You can refer to your FNF Compliance Training if you're unsure if certain data should or shouldn't be collected.

Real Geeks has the ability to bring over the saved search data for several of our competitors. This is a one-way process for new clients, meaning that we can not export our saved search data to them.

In order to do an import the client must meet the following criteria:

  1. Client is coming to Real Geeks from:
    • Boomtown
    • CINC
    • Boldtrails (previously KVCore) - ** THIS IS CURRENTLY IN BETA **

    • Another Real Geeks CRM
  2. Client has permission and access to leads from their previous system.
  3. Client has active credentials that will be active for at least 8 business days.
  4. If this is an RG->RG transfer, we will need written permission from the site owner, because in order to do a saved search import we also need to delete the leads from the original CRM to prevent 2 sets of prop update emails every day.

If this is a Real Geeks → Real Geeks Transfer

We will need written permission from the previous site owner, because in order to do a saved search import we also need to delete the leads from the original CRM to prevent 2 sets of prop update emails every day.

After confirming the client meets all of the above criteria, we can begin the import process:

  1. Sales fill out the sheet and provide Credentials for competitor log-in.
  2. Devs download and saved the data from competitors before we lose access.
  3. Support coordinator reaches out and requests CSV from agent.
  4. Leads are imported into RG.
  5. Devs finish the saved search import.
  6. Support coordinator notifies agent.
