Pricing Update FAQ 2022

On Tuesday, February 1st, 2022 customers will be notified of an upcoming price increase. The announcement on 2/1/22 gives customers 1 month to extend their contract. We are telling customers that the deadline to sign the contract is the end of February 2022. However, we will be accepting contract renewals until 3/31/2022.

If a customers chooses to extend their contract, here is what they get:

  • $249/month (inclusive of tools) for 2 users. Additional users are $25/month
  • All contract extensions have an end date of 2/28/2023
  • Contracts do not stack. Whether a client is in or out of contract currently, they can only extend through 2/28/2023.

Important Dates

February 1, 2022

March 31, 2022

  • Last day to extend $249 price by signing a new contract.

February 28, 2023

  • Last day of any renewed contract at $249. Any invoice after this date will be on the new pricing.
