The Lead Manager has built in integration with InfusionSoft where leads that are generated in your CRM will be shared with your InfusionSoft account. These leads will send to separate Buyer and Seller action sets where unique drip campaigns can be built.

How to Integrate
1. When logged into your lead manager, click on the “Settings” Tab.
2. Select the “3rd Party Integration Settings” Tab.
3. Scroll down to Infusion Soft Settings and fill in “InfusionSoft API Settings” for your entire site. This step is only necessary for Admin's and Team Leaders.
4. Fill in the “InfusionSoft User Settings”. Each of your agents will need to do this.
5. Click “Save” when done.
The lead is sent to InfusionSoft after it is assigned to an agent. Every agent in your Lead Manager must have the InfusionSoft User ID and Action Set IDs configured properly. If these are not set for the agent the lead is assigned to it will not be sent over to InfusionSoft.
Find your Action Sets and User IDs in InfusionSoft
InfusionSoft has made Action Sets a legacy feature that is no longer actively pushed, however, our integration requires this. It can still be located in your InfusionSoft settings, but is not immediately advertised.
Action Sets
Open the InfusionSoft menu and head to CRM > Settings.
This will bring you to your contact and company settings where you can locate your Action Sets.
User IDs
Similarly for User IDs, open the InfusionSoft menu and head to Admin > Users
Again, you will find the your unique User ID here.
To disable: go to the Lead Manager > Settings > Third Party Integration and uncheck the box for Enable InfusionSoft integration.
The integration does not send over notes (and events such as property updates, favoriting of properties, change of status of favorited properties, etc.), just the contact information ("Name", "Email", and "Phone Number"). You do have the option to separate buyers from sellers and send them to separate action plans, but beyond that only the base contact information is sent over.
What we send
We notify InfusionSoft when values *directly on the lead record* change. We don't send them any of our activities, and we can only send them changes that happen after the InfusionSoft integration is set up. Changes to these fields will be sent to InfusionSoft:
