How to: Use Zendesk
Pending = Waiting on response.
Open = Active, Currently being worked on/Needs to be worked on.
Solved = Done, not expecting a response.
Public Reply = Email sent to customer.
Internal = Note only we can see.
Do not initiate an email from Zendesk. Zendesk is not a regular email client so it will not send. If you need to start an email, use realgeeks.help@gmail.com. If you do not have access to this yet, please let someone know.
