GeekAI Setup

Activation

1. Enable LM from the SuperUser Company view. This should be completed automatically for customers on Packaged Pricing.

 

2. Setup GeekAI filters for the Website Owner

    1. GeekAI Active (GeekAI Assistant is Active)

    2. GeekAI Needs Follow Up (GeekAI Assistant is Active AND GeekAI Stage is Needs Follow Up)

 

3. Enable Drip Sources for GeekAI at https://drip.realgeeks.com > GeekAI.

The most frequently used sources are as follows, but anything listed can be enabled by us or by the customer directly.

    - Website Property Search

    - Website Property Valuation

    - RG Facebook Lead Ads

    - Facebook Lead Ads

    - RG FB Tool Lead Ad

 

Note to Support Team: Create a new ticket titled either Add or Remove Geek AI and send it to the Billing queue in Zendesk. Put your ticket ID into the internal notes of the new Billing ticket. You can now solve out your own support side ticket.

Billing

We also need to add invoice line items in Accounts in some instances, as follows.

If the customer is on packaged pricing:

  • Establish = Add Subscription Line Item `GeekAI, Package Establish`
  • Grow = Add Subscription Line Item `GeekAI, Package Grow`
  • Expand = No Subscription Line Item
  • Conquer = No Subscription Line Item

If the customer is on legacy pricing:

  • Full Price = `GeekAI Assistant`
  • Half Price, Managed Marketing Discount = `GeekAI Assistant` AND `GeekAI Assistant - Real Leads Discount`
  • Half Price, Not Managed Marketing = `GeekAI Assistant` AND `GeekAI Assistant - Preferred Customer`
  • No Cost, Managed Marketing Discount = `GeekAI Assistant` AND `GeekAI Assistant - Real Leads Discount $200`
