step 1: pull up fields yaml for their current site
step 2: check the fields and make sure they exist on new boards being added.
if they exist, cool keep the fields. if they don't exist, try to map them, or remove if not possible.
step 3: run your refreshes on updated boards.
step 4: create new search fields, search forms, and prop yaml for the board.
step 5: push commit and deploy
step 6: create board in MCP
step 7: test board on your dev site
step 8: put board on client's site
step 9: email client, and let approvals team know it's done.
