Twilio A2P 10DLC Registration with EIN (Via Echelon)

1. Search for the EIN in the Submissions tab in Echelon and click the first result (this will show as a blank)
2. Click "Actions" > Normalize Address > Click "Run" on the pop-up
3. Click "Edit" and add the domain > Save
4. Actions > Link to Company > Click "Run" on the pop-up
5. Actions > Start Registration > Click "Run" on the pop-up
6. Go to Twilio and search the Subaccounts for the UUID > Filter > Click on the Account Name
7. On the lefthand sidebar > Regulatory > Brands and verify that it is now "In Progress"
8. Refresh the page and wait for it to show "Registered" (If you receive an error refer to this article section) 
9. On the lefthand sidebar > Click Campaigns and verify this has started and is "In Progress"
