This integration will export any leads that are assigned to the agent into Top Producer. Unassigned leads will not be exported. Changes made to the lead within the lead manager or your site, will update in Top Producer (if the lead is assigned to you). This applies to information regarding Name, Address, Phone Number, and email.
This tool works by way of export, rather than synchronization. New leads will be sent to Top Producer as they are assigned. Lead activity and communication will not be exported and activity within Top Producer will not be imported into the Lead Manager.
How to Integrate:
In the Lead Manager:
1. Log into the Lead Manager.
2. Click on “Settings”.
3. Click on “3rd Party Integration Settings”.
4. Scroll down to “Top Producer Lead Export”.
5. Click the “Generate Them Now” button to create credentials for linking Top Producer.
6. Complete the Top Producer Steps below and then finally “Enable” your Top Producer by adding your Top Producer Username and clicking Save.
In Top Producer:
1. Sign in to Top Producer.
2. Click on Settings in the menu at the top-right by your name.
2.a (If you're already in TPX you'll need to click on Silhouette > "Go to TP8i" to continue)
3. Navigate to the Contacts Tab in the settings.
4. Click the "Add lead provider" link on the bottom left.
5. Fill in the info for Real Geeks:
- Lead provider name: Other
- Url: https://leads.realgeeks.com/api/top-producer.xml
- Fill in Username, Password and Confirm Password with the credentials that were generated in the Lead Manager. These credentials are unique and will differ from your Real Geeks login information.
6. After the appropriate information has been filled in, click the Add Lead Provider button.
7. Once Top Producer is set up, make sure to add your Top Producer username into Lead Manager's integration settings. Doing so will finalize the integration.
Notes:
- "Add Lead Provider" doesn't seem to allow duplicate URLs (gives a " https://leads.realgeeks.com/api/top-producer.xml cannot be reached" error), so if the client wishes to reactivate it for some reason, they'll need to delete the old one, and enter the same information in to submit.
