Leads will only get the auto responder from signing up on the site. If you are not available for the round robin, then the leads will not come to you automatically. The lead will only get the text from you is if they sign up through an agent landing page that you create for yourself. Agent landing pages will override the round robin (whether you are available or not) and the lead that signs up after checking out that page, will be assigned to you.
Just a reminder: If the lead is reassigned to you, the lead will not get the text, because the auto texts go out by the source.

LM update: Sign up auto texts will no longer be sent out if the assigned agent has taken any action on the lead
So if there’s an auto-text delay of 10 minutes and the agent goes ahead and emails the lead within that 10-minute window the auto text won’t be sent

The autoresponders that go in the **lead's activity history** are the text autoresponders.
All leads who save a search will receive the welcome email, but the lead manager does not track this.
Responses to the welcome email shows in the lead's activity history.
