Swarm Guidelines

This will be our first phase of topics that should be escalated to Swarm. 

Remember that ALL Tickets must include notes, not just what is being escalated. 

Leadrouter Issues:

Perform basic troubleshooting for supported integration and run a test lead through the scenario. Escalate anything that doesn’t fix.

Property Update Issues:

Email deliverability - Confirm and Escalate.

Listings Missing from Criteria - Confirm and send to Board Support Escalation.

Facebook Tool:

Steve is still our FB Guru. He’ll have a lot more time to do training, but he can just take over the ticket if he needs to. This will evolve to have a hard cut-off of responsibilities when we get that figured out.

Drip Issues:

Confirm deliverability issues - Escalate.

Mobile Apps:

Coming Soon. To Do: Improve Troubleshooting Documentation. Create App Features Guide of current and road mapped features.
