How to Tell if a Lead has a Property Valuation
When a lead completes a Property Valuation on the site it does not show up on their lead view "Saved Searches" tab with their saved property searches or Market Reports.
It will show in two places in the CRM lead page:
- There will be a log under the Activity History
- It will be listed on the right hand side under "Home Valuation Reports"**
**The "Home Valuation Reports" section of the lead manager will have an entry for each time that they view a property valuation. So if a lead has a saved property valuation for 2 properties and has viewed each (usually via email update) 4 times they will show 10 Home Valuation Reports. 2 for the initial creation and 4 for each view.
When a lead completes a Property Valuation the agent will also receive notifications from the CRM, in the manner they have set for their notification settings.
Initial Property Valuation Emails (Auto Responder Emails)
There are two standard emails a lead will receive when completing the initial Property Valuation:
1. Seller Leads Automated ValuationThis goes out when a lead signs up with the valuation tool.
Subject: Property Value For [street_address]
Content:
Hi [first_name],
Thank you for using our property valuation tool!
It is a great way to get a broad range estimate of the value of your property. Our valuation tool uses public record sales data provided by a third party source.
The best way to get the most accurate market value for your property is using the MLS® data, the same data available to us as Realtors® and appraisers. We would be happy to provide you with a market value report at no cost.
