EstateIQ Landing Page

This is found at www.DOMAIN.com/seller/homeestimate/default
Please Note
The previous valuation page located at www.DOMAIN.com/cma/property-valuation/ will redirect to the above automatically
If the client has a custom valuation page created they will still load and function as previously but when the lead enters the address and clicks SUBMIT it will redirect to the EstateIQ process:
What can be changed on the EstateIQ Landing page?
Currently nothing. This does include the header photo.
Workarounds currently for this option would be to use a custom valuation page like above (recommended) or to revert back to the old valuation tool (not recommended).

Changes on the actual valuation:
Troubleshooting: Large Logo on Emails
The EstateIQ emails do not have a size dimension limit for the logo. It will display as the original image size of the file uploaded for the Header Logo.
The solution to this is to adjust the image size of the Header Logo. If the client is comfortable with this they can do so themselves. Or you can use https://www.iloveimg.com/resize-image to adjust the size (make sure to have "Maintain aspect ratio" check-marked so it does not skew the image). The EstateIQ emails are immediate so adjust the size, upload, and test.

Troubleshooting: Emails coming "via" the wrong website
If a client states that the emails from EstateIQ are coming from "via searchhomesingta.com" (or possibly another site that is not theirs), this is currently a known issue that has been escalated to the devs.
Notify escalations and ask how they want the ticket assigned so it can be added to the story.
Examples of the issue:
From: George Bradie GeorgeBradie@www.agentinottawar.com via searchhomesingta.com
Troubleshooting: Specific Agent Assignment not working
Assign Leads to Specific Agents - Agent ID
Currently, Agent ID assignment does not work with EstateIQ and there is a story in with the devs to resolve this issue, no current ETA.
Workaround options:
- Revert to the legacy Home Valuation option - This is only a good option if they are using this feature often and it is a make-or-break feature on the platform.
- Directing leads to the Agent Landing Page to sign up and then direct to the EstateIQ page.
