Feel free to copy/paste this into a new doc! A brief intro can go here (typically describing the general purpose of the doc). Try to be as concise as possible - people don't typically want to read a novel before reading a guide, 2-3 sentences max I'd say.

Section Heading
Section headings = bolded + centered "heading 2"
For the content of the section, I find it's easier to navigate info that's broken up into paragraphs, nested using the "indent" option, organized with bullets, numbered lists, or tables -- ie. not just one huge paragraph.
I ALWAYS add a "Back to top" link (left-justified + italicized) back to the "Topics discussed in this article:" heading. This makes it so much easier to navigate super long docs.
Example Table
Here is an example of how I format tables when I use them to organize content:

Tips and Tricks
Doc Sidebar
- Managed by: "Agents and admins"
- Visible to: Keep set to "Agents and admins"
- Publish in Section: Select a category and then a section (ie. "Internal Docs" > "Onboarding")
- Labels: You can add tags here to make the doc easier to find in a search. Basically just keywords someone might use to try and pull up the info in the doc
Adding "templates" or things to be copy/pasted from your doc
- I usually change the color of text to be copied from a doc to grey, indent it once or twice, and add lines before and after to help segment the template from the general content:
Here is my template. Copy and paste me somewhere to make your life easier. Here is my template. Copy and paste me somewhere to make your life easier. Here is my template. Copy and paste me somewhere to make your life easier. Here is my template. Copy and paste me somewhere to make your life easier. Here is my template. Copy and paste me somewhere to make your life easier.
- To add a line above/below content, add the following above/below the content in the source code:
Hyperlinking in ZD can be tricky. be sure to triple check your links.
- If you're linking to a heading within your doc and find it's not working for some reason - try finding the heading id in the source code
- Then, link directly to that id (ie. #h_01FGWYBGE5G0H84ADTJB548R46)
