      Listing Boost Promo Offer

      March & April 2025, we're offering 3 free listing boost credits for upsells and new sales.

      Who is eligible?

      March 2025 - any customer who upgrades to expand or conquer with the upsell team

      April 2025 - any customer who signs up or upgrades, for any package, with any sales team member.  You will know if the customer received listing boost credits if the field is on the contact.

      Terms and Conditions

      Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. Valid for existing Real Geeks clients only. Valid when upgrading to any 12-month Expand or Conquer package. Must be used within 1 year. Cannot be redeemed if you are no longer subscribed to Expand or Conquer, or your account has an outstanding past due balance. No cash value. Cannot be exchanged for credits or refunds.

      Implementation Instructions

      Upsell AEs

      • Create a deal as normal: remember to add the metro area and associate the deal to an active platform!

       

      • Add line items: 12 month Expand or Conquer AND 3 x “Credit for Listing Boost ($100 value each)”

      • In the “Comments to Buyer”, use the snippet #listing-boost-credits-promo


      AUTOMATION: When the deal is closed won, the property “Listing Boost credits” will be set to 3 on all associated contacts: https://app.hubspot.com/workflows/9039444/platform/flow/620755317/edit

      • A note will automatically be pinned on the contact, with the date the credits were added and the fine print of the offer
      • Note: we could limit this to specific contacts, but that requires the Upsell AEs to use a specific association label on the right contact; I think it will be easier if we just have a report of everyone with 1+ “Listing Boost credits” and clear that property if they are not a site owner
      • Only CS managers, AMs and the Billing team can edit that property

      • Brian: what’s a good way to “expire credits”? I.e. Set this property back to 0
        • Client downgrades
        • Client cancels
        • Credits were added 1 year ago
      • Looking ahead to platform AEs running the same promo: we could base this on promo code and update our platform deal close workflows to do something similar

      CLIENT SERVICES

      When a client wants to redeem their offer, they will contact someone at RG: 
      • If Sales: transfer call to the client’s Account Manager OR forward their email to amteam@realgeeks.com 
      • If Service, take the following steps:
        • Confirm that the client meets the criteria for redemption: 
          • Site owner
          • Not past due
          • Subscribed to Expand or Conquer
          • Listing Boost Credits >0
        • gather the required information for the promotion, and submit the ads to the Client Marketing team as normal
        • Manually change the increment on the “Listing Boost credits” on the contact
        • HOW TO SEND THE ORDER TO CINC:
          • In the ticket with the listing boost request, create an associated ticket for the CINC team. Use the template called "FB Single Listing Boost Ad Launch (ONLY TO BE USED TO SEND TO CINC)". In this ticket, email realgeeksfb@cincpro.com after filling out the information. Solve the ticket, and you're done!

      FAQ

      • When will the credits expire?
        • Credits will expire 12 months from receipt (likely at the end of March 2026)
        • Credits will expire if you downgrade out of Expand or Conquer before your contract is over. If you complete your contract, you can keep your credits. 
        • Credits will expire if you cancel your whole service.
      • Does this need to go through billing?
        • No, not at this time.
