MailChimp is an external emailing service that populates lists of leads and allows users to setup bulk emails, automate email campaigns and build newsletters. The Real Geeks Lead Manager has direct integration with MailChimp allowing users to target specific groups of leads by sending their contact information automatically to MailChimp.

The first step for integrating the Lead Manager with MailChimp is to create a list in MailChimp. If there are no lists created in your MailChimp account, the Lead Manager will not know where to send the leads.
To create a list:
1. Login to MailChimp and choose the Audience tab.
2. Select Manage Audience and then View Audiences.
3. Click Create Audience.
4. Enter your audience details and Save.
5. Great! Now you will be taken back to the Audience tab where you can view all of your audiences.
Here is an example of a couple audiences:
1. In the Lead Manager, go to the Settings tab and click on Third Party Integration.
2. Scroll down and press:
3. Login to MailChimp.
4. Great! You should be prompted with the following confirmation.
To export all leads:
1. Click on the Leads tab.
2. In the top right corner, click on the Export button and select Mailchimp.
3. Choose the appropriate settings and list. Then click Next.
To export a particular set of leads:
Create an Advanced Search or click on one of your saved search filters and then follow steps 2-3.
To delete a query that is exporting to Mailchimp:
1. Click on the Settings tab in your Lead Manager.
2. Click on Third Party Integration Settings.
3. Scroll down to Active Mailchimp Exports. Here you are able to delete existing queries.
Why aren't all of my leads showing in MailChimp?
Mailchimp will validate emails upon import. If the email is deemed invalid, the lead will not be imported. Leads that opt out of communication also will not be imported.
Why is the menu blank when I attempt to send leads to MailChimp?
Your lists aren't created in MailChimp. The lead manager needs to be able to find these lists and have them as selectable options to know where to export the leads.
How many MailChimp integrations can I run?
MailChimp integrates at the administrator level and is set on a company basis. Even though there is only one MailChimp integration with the Lead Manager for your company, you can build multiple lists for multiple agents to utilize.
