Our developers have added a new tool called Log Rocket that helps track and log user's activity when they start a session using the Facebook Ads Tool.

Use your Real Geeks email to login in:
Once you are logged in you can see in the dashboard the most recent user that logged in. You can search for the user you are working with and see when they logged in.
When you find the right user and time that the logged in you can click the play button and it will show what they did during the session and all the console logs so you can check the errors from the front and back end.
Also, you can copy the URL from the Log Rocket session to provide on your internal notes for any escalations that you need to do.
