Leads having problems? They’re probably not receiving their Property Update Emails.
- Look them up in the Leads section of the Lead Manager.
- Login as User and check if they have any Saved Searches and how frequent they are set. If there are no saved searches or their Frequency is set to ‘Never’ then they won’t be able to receive any Property Updates.
- Check the logs (in AWS) by searching for the lead's email to make sure they are getting emails sent out as frequent as they had set on the website.
