Let's say a client has asked for a higher monthly postcard limit than the CRM currently allows (500 at the time of this writing.) Let's further say that you've cleared it with the Powers That Be to make that increase. But then, when you try to actually make the change in lead manager, it's just not playing ball:
That's why I'm going to teach you this One Weird Trick to Surpass Your Limitations and go Beyond the Impossible.
First, right-click on the Monthly Rate Limit Field and select Inspect:
In the resulting window, find the line starting with <input class="company-postcard-limit". It should already be highlighted if you inspected the right field.
In that line, double-click on the 'max="500"' and change the number to the one you're trying to raise the limit to.
Now, head back over to the other side of the screen, re-enter the new Monthly Rate Limit, and hit save like normal. Done and dusted!
