New in-product onboarding content is LIVE for customers as of 6/21/23. Updated/new content TL;DR:
- CRM checklist content will be updated for customers who sign up after 6/21/23.
- CRM tooltips will be visible for all CRM users regardless of sign-up date.
- Tooltips will be accessible from your test CRM, but you will NOT see them when you are logged in as another user.
- CRM tooltips include links to product tours, walkthroughs and RG 101 training, as well as relevant support docs.

Important Info
- All tours and tooltips will be available to all users (provided they have access to the page)
- Tooltips will flash until they are clicked for the first time. Clearing browser cache resets this behavior (can be turned off if too annoying)
- Checklist only updates for new users from the date it was updated, ie. existing user’s checklist content will NOT change
- We cannot reset existing user’s checklist content at the moment
- Content is easily editable and Des is the primary point of contact
- Contact import tooltip is contextual (30 days or newer directs to onboarding, over 30 days directs to support)
- RG 101 trainings advertised at the end of product tours and open to any customer
