Handling Feature Requests

Sample replies when a customer requests a new feature:

  • OK, I'll make a note that you requested that.
  • This could be something worth looking into in the future.
  • Yeah, that would also be a neat feature to add. We might take a look at that in the future, I can definitely see the value.
  • I think it would be cool too, and certainly wouldn't rule out adding that in the future.
  • This may be something we offer in the future, but at the present time, no.

Sample replies NOT to give when a customer requests a new feature:

  • Best Suggestion Evar! We will get this done IMMEDIATELY.
  • Your suggestion is stupid, go away.
