Followups on CRM Dashboard
In order to clear a follow-up from the CRM Dashboard, you will need to check the box to the left of the follow-up.
Checking this box will log the activity that is associated with the follow-up; If the scheduled follow-up is a call, it will log a call in the lead activity log on the Lead Details Page. This activity will also be logged on your calendar.
You may check multiple boxes at one time, and edit the follow up that is currently assigned.
