Facebook Pixel/Events Troubleshooting
Access the Facebook Ads Manager Business Settings.
https://business.facebook.com/settings
Click on Data Sources and make sure that the client has created a Pixel and it is added in MCP and active. If not walk the client on getting that added.
Next, make sure that you add the ad account to the pixel as an asset.
Click the ad account they want to use.
Once that is added open up the Events Manager:
Make sure that the right pixel is selected to reflect what is in MCP then click on the Aggregated Event Measurement tab:
When you select Aggregated Event Measurement tab then click on Configure Web Events:
Click on Manager Events
Click on Edit
Click on Add Event
Use the pixel they have on their site and add whatever events they like most likely go with Complete Registration.
Confirm and Apply the changes.
