Difference Between Content and Area Pages

Content Pages   Content pages include different types of information relating to the real estate company and properties available.  In the Site Backend the Content Page editor provides several templates that clients can use to create specific page types.  Below is a list of the templates available within the Content Page option:  
  • About: Page for company information. Agent photos set in Agent Detail Pages are dynamically placed at the bottom.
  • Agent Detail Page: Profile page for an agent.
  • Featured Property Page: Same as the default template but paginates the listings. "Number of Properties" refers to number per page.
  • Foreclosure Page: Has a search box at the top that lets users search for foreclosures 
  • Page with Search: Standard content page template with search
  • Page without Search: Standard content page template without the search
  • Blank Page: Blank page with no sidebars. Attach content at your will.

  • Mission Statement
  • Team Testimonies
 Area Pages
  • Informative pages for different areas within the realtor’s sales territory
  • It can be used to describe an overview of the general sales region and also display featured properties from that location.
  • These pages all have a standard layout and can be customized at the user’s discretion
