How will a client get onto the new plan? Will they use the existing signup form and have their plan manually changed, or do we need a separate path in the signup form? What will that look like?

Will we offer the new plan to current clients?
We will not offer the new plan to current clients.
Will new or existing clients on the current/standard plan automatically “graduate” to this plan when they add a 10th user?
New or existing clients on the current plan will not automatically graduate
If a client drops back below 10 users, do they revert to the current/standard plan?
If the client drops back below 10 users, they will not revert to the standard plan
FAQ
- Questions about the New Plan 2022? Click here.
- What is "Split Billing"?
- The Site Owner and Partner each pay 50% of the monthly bill. The split must be exactly 50/50.
- I have Per User Billing. Can I move to Per User Including Home Valuation and Facebook Tool?
- Yes, but you CANNOT go back to Per User Billing.
- I have a lot of Users. Can I move to Grandfathered/Graduated Billing?
- No. These plans are retired and only exist on Accounts that have maintained their service for many years.
- I have Users with 0 Leads who don't use the CRM. Am I getting billed for them?
- Yes, if your plan charges for additional Users.
- How do I change a client's Billing Plan?
- Verify the Site Owner's identity (confirm last 4 digits of the payment card), make detailed Internal Notes of the requested change, then set the Assignee to the Billing team. Save the ticket as Open.
- Are the Seller Home Valuation or Facebook Ad Tools included in the Per User Inclusive Plan?
- Yes, both are included in the Inclusive plan. (The Inclusive plan costs $50 more than Per User for +$100 value.)
- I'm on the Per User Including Home Valuation and Facebook Tool plan, but I don't want these extra tools! Can I disable them?
- Technically yes, but it won't reduce your monthly bill.
- I'm on a plan that does not include the Seller Home Valuation Tool or Facebook Ad Tool, but I have them enabled. Can I turn them off and reduce my bill?
- Yes — although only Superusers (Real Geeks Support) have access to do so (after verifying the Site Owner's identity using the last 4 digits of the payment card):
- Seller Home Valuation Tool — MCP -> Property Valuation -> Valuation Enabled: False
- Facebook Ad Tool — MCP -> Feature Flags -> Enable Facebook Ads: False
