After you click on Site Settings, go to the "Advanced Settings" tab.

Here you have access to edit your settings for Indexing Property Pages set your Lead Capture Settings and the ability to choose whether or not you want google to Index Property Pages.

Index Detailed Properties

We recommend building Site Authority before enabling this feature. However, if you would like for Google to index property pages on your site, you may set this to True.

Lead Capture Settings

After testing on several of our sites, we found that the default setting (requiring registration to see any properties) has the best conversion rate.

Lead Capture On Property:

Select when the sign up prompt will occur based on how many properties the lead views.  The default is set to 1 meaning that the prompt will show on the first property viewed.  If you select 2, the prompt will popup on the second property viewed.  Selecting 0 will result in no sign up prompt.

Content Page Property Lead Capture:

Set to True by default.  You may set this to False if you do not wish for a sign up prompt on properties that were selected via a content page rather than search.

Address Search Property Lead Capture:

Set to True by default.  You may set this to False if you do not wish for a sign up prompt on properties that were selected via an address search.

Market Report Results Lead Capture:

Set to True by default. You may set this to false if you would like potential leads to view market report results without signing up.

Sign up form not popping up when clicking on a property?

There are two possible explanations:

  1. You are already logged in. You won't see boxes pop up if you have already logged in. Clicking on links from email updates automatically logs you in. To test this, try using a Private Browsing Mode on your Browser.
  2. Your Lead Capture On Property settings is set to 0.

Address Search in Sidebar

By default, your sidebar will have an Address Search which displays Social Media Buttons directly above it. Here, you may remove this address search or select that the Social Media Buttons appear directly below it.

Blog Comment Captcha

Set to True if you would like leads to fill out a Captcha form like the one below to comment on your blog.
