Add a Tycho feed to Rope

Start off by going to here:

https://feeds.rg-infra.com/admin/feeds/webfeed/

Find the feed there so we can pull it into rope.

In rope, you hit the Add Tycho Board button, then pop in the feed id from above.

Fill in rest of info and hit save!

Magically data will pull in. hopefully.

Now it's time to map it.  Using this helps.
